With the advent of the 5G era,the related D2D(Device-to-Device)communication technology has become the focus of current research. As one of the key technologies of mobile communication systems in the 5G era,D2 D communication technology has been proven to have many excellent features, such as improving the utilization of spectrum resources, realizing resource sharing in a small area, and expanding traditional Internet services.Although D2 D communication has many advantages, the disadvantages are also obvious.Without the support of the base station,D2 D communication is susceptible to interference, which requires other means to improve transmission reliability, and the emergence of network coding technology provides a good choice for achieving this goal.Research has found that network coding has excellent performance in improving network throughput, robustness and security.Nowadays, the theory of network coding is relatively mature, but it still needs to be in-depth in applied research. This article will focus on applying network coding theory to mobile Internet networks, and propose two video transmission schemes based on network coding and D2 D communication: video multicast scheme and video-on-demand scheme, and their performance analysis and evaluation are carried out in simulation and real experiment.First, the use of network coding requires a lot of computing resources, which will increase the burden on the node where it is located, and also increase the transmission delay. Therefore,in order to reduce the calculation amount of the source node, reduce the transmission delay, and ensure the transmission quality, this paper proposes an efficient video multicast transmission scheme based on random linear network coding(RLNC).In this scheme, intermediate nodes generate redundant packets through reencoding operations to balance the computational overhead of each node. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional RLNC scheme, this scheme could balance the computation overhead of the mobile devices and reduce the encoding and decoding delay by about 8%.Secondly,the introduction of network coding technology can well improve the problem of high packet loss rate and blurred screen, but for the bandwidth changes significantly or the bandwidth is minimal, the effect of network coding is poor or even negative. The scalable video coding technology(SVC)can select different quality videos for transmission according to the bandwidth,so we propose a D2 D video on demand scheme combining SVC technology with network coding technology. This scheme can adjust the redundancy dynamically according to the packet loss rate and adjust the video resolution when the bandwidth changes significantly. The results of the real experiment prove the superiority of this scheme.Compared with the traditional random linear network coding(RLNC)scheme, this scheme can improve the decoding rate by 3% and provide better anti-interference capability.
