Time is an indispensable parameter in various fields such as national defense,science and technology,and economy,and affects all aspects of human life.In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's power,time services have also played an increasingly important role.Timekeeping system is the foundation and core of time service,and the timekeeping laboratory is an important part of time work.At present,there are more than 80 timekeeping laboratories participating in the coordinated universal time conversion worldwide,and its number is still increasing.The domestic demand for the construction of timekeeping laboratories is also expanding,some major projects such as the 1603 project for the construction of the all arms time-frequency application demonstration are also successively deploying the construction of timekeeping laboratories.However,the timekeeping laboratory runs uninterrupted,stable and reliable for many months,and requires professional staff to support it.The traditional staff training methods need to consume a lot of human resources,and it is no longer able to meet the training needs of related staff.The rise of the Internet has simplified the dissemination of knowledge and brought new training methods.This article combines today's mainstream Internet technology to design and implement a laboratory operation training system based on the B/S architecture.Training on basic theoretical knowledge involved in daily operation and maintenance of timekeeping laboratory and timekeeping work,provides support for the training of operation staff of timekeeping laboratory,which is of great significance to the development of timekeeping work.Based on the above-mentioned needs and development situation,this article has carried out research with the goal of designing and realizing the online training system of timekeeping laboratory,mainly including the following aspects:(1)Studying the method of timekeeping data processing method in timekeeping work technology,and carried out detailed research and verify on the method of atomic clock data simulation and comparison data preprocessing.Provide theoretical support for the realization of related experiments in the experimental module of the training system.(2)According to the relevant content of the daily operation of the timekeeping laboratory,analyze the functional requirements and overall design of the timekeeping laboratory training system,including system architecture selection,knowledge structure,dynamic structure,static structure and database table structure,etc.(3)Aiming at the inefficiency of the traditional manual paper generation method,the intelligent test paper generation based on the standard genetic algorithm is improved,and an intelligent test paper generation based on the directional mutation genetic algorithm is implemented.The test results show that the improved test paper algorithm greatly improves the efficiency of test paper generating.(4)The timekeeping laboratory operation training system is designed and implemented in detail in combination with the mainstream Internet technology,and the detailed function design and key interface display of each module are given.It provides detailed functional design and key interface display of each module,realizes the management function including trainees,study materials,examination and question bank,supports automatic generation of test papers,and completes an online training platform for users to conduct interactive training on timekeeping work knowledge with a visual interface.
