With the progress of society and the development of technology,people pay more and more attention to the safety of the industrial site.Most factories choose video monitoring to ensure the safety of the factory.However,there is a huge amount of monitoring video data,how to use these monitoring data to analyze the state of industrial site personnel,to ensure the safe production of industrial site has become an urgent problem.Video analysis usually uses computer image vision and other related technologies to identify and detect the interested objects.Deep learning is a technology to make the machine more intelligent by learning a large number of samples.The application of video analysis technology and deep learning technology to industrial scene video monitoring is the current hot direction to study the state of industrial scene personnel,which has practical significance for the intelligent development of video monitoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The current situation of video analysis,frame difference method,deep learning,target detection and other technologies at home and abroad are described,including the origin and application direction of the technology.(2)The frame difference method is used to detect the personnel in the industrial field,and the deep learning object detection algorithm is used to detect the safety helmet of the personnel in the industrial field.Two color spaces and related morphological operations are studied to realize the detection of the standard dress of the personnel in the industrial field.(3)The Res Net residual network is used to extract the features of industrial field personnel to achieve the effect of pedestrian re recognition.The deep convolution generation confrontation network(dcgan)is studied to expand the data set,and the network is improved.The loss function is constructed by using triples to improve the recognition rate.(4)Analyze the demand,design a complete set of industrial field abnormal personnel early warning system,timely find the abnormal personnel in the industrial field,master the action track of abnormal personnel,ensure the safety of industrial field production.
