With the continuous development of society,the rental industry is also upgrading.At present,there are some problems in the field of rental system,such as high intermediary fees,monopoly of rental market,opaque rental information,lack of security of user identity information.Therefore,this thesis study an efficient and decentralized online rental system which can ensure secure transactions.This thesis does research on the blockchain and proxy reencrypt,the specific work is as follows:(1)The thesis first proposes a security definition and a concrete TIPRE scheme.In the TIPRE scheme,the time property is added into the conventional ID-PRE scheme.This thesis provides the CPA security proof under the DBDH assumption for our TIPRE scheme.This protocol can transform the key encrypted by the landlord into the ciphertext decrypted by the tenant,which protects the security and integrity of the data.(2)In this thesis,a cloud service protocol based on smart contract is designed,including smart contract automatic compilation of housing information storage,automatic lease contract execution protocol,and smart contract verification of user identity and housing key timeliness detection.The scheme can ensure the integrity and traceability of rental transaction data.(3)According to the protocol requirements analysis,build Ethereum network,using Springboot+ Ganache + Vue + Remix to achieve an Ethereum based online rental system,The project is deployed in the Ethereum network.The web client uses the Vue framework to design and deploy.Transaction block can be viewed in Ganache.The system realizes the architecture,functional modules and workflow of the real decentralized rental platform system.
