Flexible electronic and stretchable electronic technology is widely used in electronic display,medical care,wearable electronic skin,biomedical and other aspects.Flexible and stretchable organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs),as the core field of electronic display,have attracted much attention due to their intrinsic light emission,low energy consumption,long service life and other advantages.Realization of stretchable OLED requires research on stretchable electrodes,stretchable substrates,stretchable electron/hole injection layers,and stretchable light-emitting layers.However,for the stretchable core light-emitting layer of OLEDs,there are relatively few researches on extension,and systematic research is urgently needed.In this paper,we start from the stretchable light-emitting layer of the stretchable OLED,and use atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)to polymerize the rigid light-emitting material and the stretchable elastomer to realize the stretchability of the rigid light-emitting material and apply it to the OLED.On this basis,we introduce the dynamic imine bond into the intrinsic stretchable luminescent elastomer to realize the self-healing properties of the stretchable luminescent material.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design,synthesis and properties of stretchable styrene elastomer.In this chapter,we prepared the rigid material mac with polymerization active site by radical polymerization,and synthesized four kinds of elastomers sty PBA-B,sty PBA-D,sty PBA-E and sty PBA-F by ATRP.The stretch ratio of sty PBA-D and sty PBA-E can reach 122 times.(2)Design,synthesis and properties of anthracene-based stretchable luminescent elastomer.Following the design concept in the second chapter,styrene was replaced by anthracene based light-emitting unit with high luminous intensity.Four intrinsic stretchable light-emitting elastomers,an PBA-a,an PBA-b,an PBA-c and an PBA-d,were prepared by ATRP.Among them,an PBA-a has the best optical and mechanical properties.an PBA-a was used as the light-emitting layer to fabricate OLED.The on-off voltage was 5.34 V and the maximum luminance was 93.07 cd/m~2.(3)The self-healing property of intrinsic stretchable luminescent elastomer was explored.In order to realize the self-healing of the stretchable light-emitting elastomer,the reversible dynamic imine bond was introduced into the elastomer to prepare the stretchable light-emitting elastomer T4P.T4P elastomer can stretch up to 40 times,and the self-repair rate at room temperature is as high as 62%.
