Data is gradually becoming an important resource in modern society.Promoting the sharing and opening of data resources can help give full play to the value of data. However,in actual business scenarios, data sharing faces problems such as easy privacy leakage, lack of after-sales supervision, difficulty in adapting heterogeneous data, and lack of incentive mechanisms.By analyzing the current problems faced by data sharing,we propose a trusted computing platform solution based on blockchain and Trusted Execution Environment(TEE),analyze the requirements of the platform and design business processes for scenarios such as data publishing, data trading, and data cross-agency use.Based on the consortium chain Hyperledger Fabric and the trusted execution environment Intel SGX,this paper designed distributed back-end system architecture and entity-relationship structure and API interface of the Trusted Computing Platform, and developed and tested the platform.Through the combination of components such as blockchain, trusted computing module, data management module, and distributed governance framework, the advantages of each component are fully utilized. The trusted computing platform was actually run on the Intel SGX platform, and integration tests, performance tests, and acceptance tests were conducted. The tests show that the trusted computing solution based on blockchain and TEE can realize the functions of data transaction and trusted computing under decentralized conditions, and can support upper-layer application scenarios such as financial joint credit collection and medical data sharing to better utilize the value of data.
