Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,emotion recognition technology based on multiple physiological signals has gradually matured,and the requirements for emotional physiological data have gradually improved.Because physiological signals are weak biological low-frequency electrical signals,they are vulnerable to the interference of various noises in the process of collection and storage.In order to obtain standard emotional physiological data and better save and process emotional physiological data This paper studies the acquisition and preprocessing methods of emotional physiology data,and builds an emotional physiology database management platform.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research on preprocessing methods of emotional physiological data:By analyzing the time-frequency waveform of ECG,SC and RSP physiological signals and the interference characteristics of noise in physiological signals,the denoise method is designed.The data from the emotional physiology database of Augsburg University in Germany is taken as the original data,and the denoising algorithm of the three physiological signals is studied,the comprehensive evaluation of signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and mean square error(MSE)and the quality evaluation method of physiological signal were studied.The research results show that the wavelet transform based on the optimal wavelet basis,the digital notch filter based on Butterworth and the wavelet threshold method of improved threshold function respectively have better denoising effect for baseline drift 、 power frequency interference and EMG interference in 3physiological signals,and the fidelity of physiological signals is higher after denoising.2.Emotional induction experiment design: firstly,through the network score,we made the video induction materials of happy,angry and sad emotions,designed the physiological signal acquisition process of the three emotions and the self-evaluation table of the induction effect,and scored the induction effect of the experimental objects in five levels.3.The establishment of emotional physiology database management platform:using win10 operating system,C + + programming language,QT graphical user interface application development framework,My SQL database management system and Matlab mathematical processing tools to build a visual platform for emotional physiology data management、preprocessing and emotional induction,including system login module,data management module and emotional induction module Block and data preprocessing module design.
