With the rapid development of the Internet,social network software(SNS)has become an indispensable part of our daily lives.In the domain of individual users,for the requirements of their daily social networking,many consumer-based social applications,for example,We Chat,Weibo,as well as Facebook,Instagram have all made remarkable achievements.In the domain of enterprise users,for the requirements of their internal social needs,currently commonly used Ding Talk,Tencent QQ,Enterprise We Chat and other products are all IM(Instant Message)based products,otherwise,Enterprise internal forum products such as corporate forums are BBS(Bulletin Board System)based product.However,there is not yet a mature social product which is based on SNS for enterprise users in the market.The thesis takes a research on SNS(social network software)-based product for enterprise users.For the requirements of enterprise users,which is different from the individual users.Despite to meet the internal social needs of enterprise uses,they also have the demands to propagandize and promote the enterprise culture.For these two major requirements.the thesis proposed two solutions,which is linking and hot topics for product design.For linking,which is proposed to solute the requirements of internal social needs of enterprise uses,linking includes three major modules: personal circle,message plaza and friend recommendation.In personal circle,users(employees)can post feeds,comment feeds,like feeds,see the feeds of colleagues whom they concerned,personal circle only displays the sharing of the colleagues they have followed.In message plaza,it displays all the sharing within the corporate,that is to say,every feed published by employees in the linking will be synchronized to the plaza and can be seen by every colleague.Friend recommendation is based on the employees' data and uses algorithms to recommend colleague they may interested in to promote corporate internal social networking.For hot topic,which is proposed to solute the requirements of culture promotion,it includes two major modules: topic,topic comment.Corporate managements could publish topics related to corporate culture on hot topics,and conduct a full-scale discussion within all the employees based on this topic.In the process,the corporate culture is inherited and promoted.On the technique view for those above product design,firstly this thesis introduces the framework,model design,and implementation process of enterprise social system in detail,For the Challenges to the peak traffic of 10,000-level QPS(Queries Per Second)in the message plaza,it innovatively proposes the technical solution: using Redis to store the wall of the feed and using Push mode to construct the wall of the feed.For friend recommendation,this thesis innovatively uses the employees' enterprise feature as an important algorithm factor based on the traditional link prediction algorithm,and then designs and implements an enterprise social recommendation algorithm,which greatly improves the recommendation accuracy in the enterprise social scene.From the data analysis,it can be seen that this product meets the two major requirements of the enterprise users and the friend recommendation accuracy has been significantly improved by 15.6% compared with the similar type Admic-Adar algorithm.
