Investigation Of Privacy Protection Issues In The Context Of Artificial Intelligence

Privacy is related to history and culture.It has developed from the awareness of privacy to the right of privacy.It aims to defend personal boundaries.The philosophical essence behind privacy is the awakening of human subjective consciousness.Scientific and technological development has made the boundaries of privacy more blurred,and it has become more difficult for people to protect privacy.Meanwhile,the scope of privacy has also expanded from the physical and cyberspace in the private sphere to a space that includes the public as well as the private sphere.Privacy protection has developed from the traditional media era which is free from interruption to the Internet era of self-control,and finally to the era of "no privacy" in the era of artificial intelligence,And objects that are protected include personal space,personal information(data)and personal behavior.In the era of artificial intelligence,the rapid development of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence has made the issues of privacy unprecedentedly severe.The problem of privacy at the big data level is embodied in privacy leakage,and that at the artificial intelligence level is embodied in algorithm monitoring.These two levels have made it more difficult to maintain the boundaries of the individual and the subjective consciousness has resultantly been dispelled.This article believes that privacy protection requires a two-pronged approach of "soft" restriction and "hard" protection.It can be achieved by enhancing subjective awareness,constructing privacy ethics,nurturing privacy culture,and designing value-sensitive laws and improving privacy regulations.
