Hardware Trojan is one of the critical issues in the field of integrated circuit security,the detecting technology of which has become a research hot spot.Electromagnetic(EM)radiation information has considerable advantages over others,such as non-contact detection,three-dimensional vector,rich in spatial information,etc.EM information based method has become the mainstream of hardware Trojan detection.The EM side-channel analysis platform is the key to the EM information detection method.However,most of them are semi-automated,which is difficult to repeat positioning.The information collection efficiency is low,and it is difficult to apply to large scale integrated circuits security and trust verification.To this end,this paper designed an EM side-channel analysis system with automatic,high precision and high eddiciency,which provides a platform support for hardware Trojan detection.In this paper,the system of hardware Trojan detection based on EM information is built,which includes power analyzer,multi-channel signal generator,digital oscilloscope,three-axis motor controller,camera,etc.Combining with virtual instrument technology,control software is designed to realize the functions of integrated circuit electromagnetic information area scanning,EM information online collection and real time processing.Aiming at the problem of repeatedly positioning error in multiple scans,and a reference point positioning scheme based on video image is proposed.The image acquisition and processing module,the scanning starting point selection module,and the three dimensional displacement platform control module are designed.According to the captured image,the scanning starting point is selected,software automatically control the moving stage and move the probe to this position,and the positioning resolution is 5 ?m,which enables multiple accurate recognition of specific areas in the field of view.In order to meet the needs of a large number of repeated acquisitions in practice,an automatic acquisition module for EM information is designed.At the same time,to reduce the influence of test noise,a noise reduction algorithm based Gaussian filter is proposed and form a module data online preprocessing,and the K-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to realize the effective identification of the hardware Trojan.Based on the above research,the electromagnetic information scanning system,the side-channel information acquisition and processing system are integrated,and experimental verification is carried out.In this paper,the AES cryptographic circuit is used as the golden circuit,and the leaky hardware Trojan AES-T700 is implanted.The surface of the chip is meshed,and the near-field scanning is performed,the number of grids is 100.Determine the abnormal point of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum and carry out the side-channel analysis experiment at this point.Based on K-nearest neighbor algorithm,the experimental results show that we could accurately catch sight of the existence and location of the hardware Trojan.
