China has a long history of traditional culture,in which ceramic culture is colorful.Nowadays,ceramic culture has been integrated into our daily life.As a cultural carrier,ceramic musical instruments combine tradition and modern music,so that traditional culture can be better inherited and developed.As the product of ceramic culture,"Ceramic Sound" ceramic mobile phone loudspeaker series connects traditional Chinese celadon with modern technology,and combines traditional craft with modern industrial design concept.Ceramics can be used for passive natural sound amplification of mobile phones,which creates a new field and category for the creation of ceramic materials.Based on this background,this paper evaluates the acoustic characteristics of ceramic mobile phone loudspeakers from an objective point of view,studies and designs the acoustic characteristics of "Ceramic Sound" ceramic mobile phone loudspeakers on the basis of frequency response analysis,it analyzes the subjective and objective factors,and then redesigns the ceramic mobile phone loudspeakers.In this regard,the author carried out the following work.First of all,consulting the relevant literature to understand the relevant factors affecting ceramic acoustics,as well as the sound production theory of passive loudspeakers.Secondly,conducting acoustic experiments of "Ceramic Sound" ceramic mobile phone loudspeaker.Through the comparative study of the experimental data,the sound amplifying characteristics,differences and relations of the different shapes of the loudspeakers are analyzed.Then conducting product market and style research on the existing passive loudspeakers,and finding their design elements.Finally,analyzing and summarizing the literature and experimental data,and then combined with the characteristics of ceramic materials and the production and processing characteristics of modern ceramic products,through the design of product modeling,product material,product color,use mode and other elements,the attempt is made to recreate the ceramic mobile phone loudspeaker.
