In harsh and complex industrial scenarios,intelligent inspection robots replace people to inspect dangerous areas,which can effectively warn of hazards,reduce the incidence of safety accidents,improve the level of enterprise safety management services,and escort enterprise production.Due to the detection of abnormal conditions during the robot operation or the deviation of the inspection route affected by the environment,the specific location needs to be further determined.In this paper,based on the real environment of a heavy machinery factory,the robot inspection and positioning method and its application research are carried out.The main work is as follows:(1)A Wi-Fi fingerprint location algorithm based on K-means optimal estimation is proposed.The algorithm combines the clustering and position estimation process to perform uniform optimization;in the clustering process,the K-nearest neighbors of the sample to be tested are used to estimate the position information,instead of the traditional class center estimation method;at the same time,the maximum number of iterations is obtained by increasing the number of iterations.Excellent estimated location.Compared with the traditional single-element positioning algorithm,this algorithm has a positioning accuracy of 98.56% within a 4-meter error range.Compared with the K-means++ method,the positioning accuracy is numerically increased by 33.09%;and the maximum error is reasonably controlled within 6 meters Internally,the positioning accuracy and robustness have been significantly improved to meet the application requirements of positioning scenarios.(2)A set of intelligent inspection robot positioning system based on Wi-Fi fingerprints has been developed for the actual needs of the factory.The system architecture of the intelligent inspection robot positioning platform was designed from two aspects of system hardware design and software development,and the construction of the intelligent inspection robot positioning system based on Wi-Fi fingerprints was completed.Through the verification and analysis of the positioning system through specific application requirements scenarios,the system developed by this article can perform real-time positioning according to the preset route in the actual test area,and the running trajectory generated on the client has little deviation from the actual walking trajectory,and the positioning accuracy is relatively high.High,it can accurately locate the intelligent inspection robot in the real scene to meet the positioning needs of the actual scene.
