With the rapid development of China's large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,there are more and more demands for the measurement of large-scale objects in the fields of aerospace,automobile manufacturing,shipbuilding and so on.The high-efficiency and highprecision of measuring technology for large-scale objects are the final target of Chinese researchers.Because of the limited measuring range and complicated operation,the traditional measuring technology can not guarantee the measuring accuracy and efficiency of the large-scale objects.In the paper,based on the visual tracking and scanning technology of the networking way for large-scale objects is studied for the low efficiency of station measurement of large-scale objects in single system,the need to lay out a large number of cooperative targets for visual measuring,and the low precision of global scanning.It is of great significance to improve the measuring technology on a large-scale in China.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the research status of large-scale measurement technology at home and abroad,in the paper designs a scheme visual tracking and scanning measuring system of the networking way for large-scale and studies the key technology of the measuring system,according to the measuring requirements of large-scale measured objects.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The composition and principle visual tracking and scanning measuring system of the networking way are studied.According to the requirements vision tracking and scanning measurement of the networking way,the design of standard frame for vision tracking and stick for optical calibrating are designed.The working principle visual tracking and scanning measuring system of the networking way is analyzed.The large-scale networking way communication is adopted.(2)The technique of visual tracking and scanning are studied.Based on visual tracking and scanning measuring system principle of the networking way,the model of the visual tracking and scanning measuring system is constructed.The analysis of the uncertainty of visual tracking and scanning measurement is analyzed.A three-point calibrating method is proposed to calibrate the external parameters of the tracking and positioning sensor and the optical plane parameters of the scanning measuring system are calibrated by using plane template.The technology of the networking way communication is analyzed and studied.(3)The whole measuring network is optimized according to the layout of the networking way visual tracking and scanning measuring system.The structural parameter model of the tracking and positioning sensor system is established,and the influence of the structural parameters on the measuring accuracy is studied.An optimal model of the networking way visual tracking and scanning measuring network based on genetic algorithm was proposed,and the optimized location of tracking and positioning sensor was obtained with genetic algorithm for analysis and iterative calculation.(4)The experiment of the networking way vision tracking and scanning measurement is carried out.Experiments show that the technology can achieve high-precision and efficient detection and measurement of large-scale objects.
