With the development of science and technology, the functions of intelligent devices are expanding and the amount of data is growing rapidly, mobile sensing system has become a hot research topic. In a mobile sensing system, the data requester sends the task of data collection to many users and all users uses intelligent devices to collect sensing data and uploads it to the data requester for data statistics and analysis. However, the user's sensitive information contained in the sensing data, personal privacy leakage and other security problems are prone to occur. For that,it is crucial to study the methods to protect the user's privacy.Secure data aggregation technology is one of the effective methods to protect user's privacy. The main process is that user collects the sensing data, encrypts it,and then uploads the ciphertext to the data requester. This technology ensures the data requester can only calculate the sum of all sensing data, and has no knowledge of any individual user's sensing data. Many privacy-preserving data aggregation schemes have been proposed in recent years, but these schemes have some problems in the computational overhead, security or practicability. To solve above problems, the main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis proposes a lattice-based privacy-preserving and authenticated data aggregation scheme. The emergence of quantum computer is a threat to public key cryptography,so the security of some aggregation schemes based on public key cryptography needs to be improved. This scheme introduces lattice cryptography which can resist quantum attacks into privacy-preserving data aggregation technology and uses homomorphic authentication technology to ensure the verifiability of the calculated data, which makes the scheme have better computational efficiency and security.(2)This thesis proposes a privacy-preserving and authenticated multi-dimensional data aggregation scheme. In the face of increasingly complex network and increasingly rich data requirements,one-dimensional data collection has been unable to meet the practical application of monitoring and tracking of perceptual objects. However, most multi-dimensional data aggregation schemes use complex homomorphic encryption or bilinear pairing operation, which will bring large computational overhead. This scheme adopts a lightweight encryption method and authentication technology to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the sensing data.It not only enables the data requester to recover the fine-grained sum of sensing data, supports the data provider to exit the protocol, but also significantly improves the computational efficiency of the scheme.
