Industrial robots have begun to be used in the logistics and parcel sorting business.It uses machine vision technology to deploy sorting systems to automated assembly lines,and the level of automation is constantly improving.However,in the actual use of the industrial robot sorting system,due to the different sorting categories,there are also differences in system performance requirements and sorting accuracy.When the logistics transportation volume is relatively high,problems such as "wrong delivery" sorting and low sorting efficiency are extremely likely to occur,which will seriously affect the sorting of express parcels.This design studies the performance and functions of the industrial robot sorting system,and uses robots to replace manual sorting,which further improves the level of industrial robot sorting.The specific design content is as follows:First of all,the paper introduces machine vision technology,industrial robot sorting system technology,analyzes the performance of industrial robot sorting system,analyzes the use of machine vision,sorting system,vision-based sorting system and automatic identification algorithms for industrial robots.This discussion provides a reference to the design and build of the vision-based robot sorting system.Secondly,it analyzes the demand for logistics parcel sorting and uses machine vision technology to design the system framework of the industrial robot sorting system.This design mainly includes camera control function,target recognition function,vision-based tracking function,and intelligent sorting function design.Third,for improvements of the target recognition accuracy,an improved algorithm of target detection model is adopted,especially in the recognition of small-sized targets,the classification network is designed and adjusted,and the accuracy and effectiveness of camarabased target auto-classification and recognition are improved.Finally,in the experimental test of this design,comprehensive testing and analysis of the operating status,performance,target recognition function,target grabbing and error detection rate of the industrial robot sorting system are carried out.During the verification process,this design of the vision-based robot sorting system has a false detection rate of less than 3% and a recognition accuracy of more than 97%,which achieves the intelligent sorting of logistics packages.In conclusion,this design scans the barcode to identify the package,builds a coordinate system to complete the coordinated control of the robotic arm,accomplishes a package sorting in a complex environment,and improves the efficiency of the industrial robot sorting tool during the sorting process.Express parcels can be sorted effectively to achieve the purpose of high-efficiency sorting,which improves industrial production efficiency and reduces overall costs.
