With the third migration of technology in the semiconductor industry,the industry is migrating from Taiwan to the mainland,and the domestic semiconductor industry has shown a high level of development.Among them,the packaging and testing industry is due to its low technical starting point and low barriers to entry.The number of packaging and testing companies has skyrocketed.Company J,a packaging and testing company established in 2015,has suddenly emerged.With its low-price ordergrabbing strategy,it has ranked among the top two in the industry in terms of market share.However,with the continuous expansion of production scale,J company has also encountered management problems in the packaging and testing industry: manmachine ratio is not coordinated.Because the company does not have man-machine ratio standards,the man-machine ratio site management adopts empirical dispatch,and the man-machine ratio plan does not make the formation of standards,on the one hand,leads to the failure of the machine utilization rate to reach the ideal level,and on the other hand,the high-load work of employees is not recognized by the enterprise.This research takes the man-machine ratio problem encountered by J company as the object,and proposes a solution to the man-machine ratio problem in the semiconductor packaging and testing industry from the perspective of personnel load balance.The research consists of three main parts:(1)Analysis of the man-machine status of J company.First,collect production data to determine that the bottleneck in the production system is a test process,and then analyze,improve,and formulate operating standards from both human and machine aspects.In terms of machine factors,first analyze the failure mode of the machine,make statistics on historical data,analyze the fault attributes using FMEA methods,and formulate KPI assessment standards for maintenance of the machine;in terms of Human factors,the basic IE methods such as operation measurement and PTS method are used for personnel.The standard actions and standard time are established for each process of the work flow.(2)J company man-machine ratio load experiment.Design a reasonable manmachine ratio simulation continuous production experiment based on the established operating standards.The experiment measures the subjective evaluation and objective physiological signal measurement to measure the changes in the state of the subjects during continuous operation,and uses SPSS,Minitab and other mathematical statistical tools to determine the reliability and validity.The evaluation index system is obtained through screening.Determine the weight of each index according to the absolute incremental value,and then normalize to get the mental workload level of the subjects in each man-machine ratio level,and determine the personnel time limit value under each man-machine ratio level by the performance level and the mental workload level.(3)J company man-machine ratio modeling simulation solution.Witness is used to build a simulation model of man-machine ratio,the man-machine ratio time limit value in the load experiment is used to obtain the man-machine ratio schemes,and the model sensitivity analysis is used to explore the way to increase production capacity in the future.There are 57 figures,43 tables and 78 references in this thesis...
