Memristors have the advantages of simple structure,small size,low power consumption,and information that is not easy to lose when power is off,which has aroused the research interest of scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,an active filter with memristor or memristor is constructed,and the filter is applied to the synchronous transmission of power and signal in the parallel Bucks circuit system.Firstly,a new type of floating-ground binary memcapacitor(Memcapacitor,MC)is studied,its working principle is analyzed and the memcapacitor control method is designed.The first-order active filter is constructed based on this memristor.The results of circuit simulation and experimental verification show that the active filter based on the binary memristor can adjust the cut-off frequency and filter without changing the circuit structure.The circuit has low power consumption.Secondly,a cut-off frequency adaptive analog low-pass filter circuit based on memristors is designed.Six switches and two memristors are used to construct a memristive value control network that can realize ten memristive values.Use a signal conditioning circuit to convert the input signal into a square wave signal of the same frequency,use an F/V circuit to convert the frequency of the signal in the circuit into a voltage,use a program-controlled measurement circuit to measure the voltage of the circuit and output a 6-bit switch control signal,thereby The connection mode of the memristive value control network is changed,and the adaptive adjustment of the filter cut-off frequency is realized.Thirdly,the multi-carrier modulation method based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing and the principle of discrete Fourier transform signal demodulation are analyzed,and the operating characteristics of the parallel system of dual Buck converters are studied.A controllable memristive value circuit network was constructed using the six switches and two memristors mentioned above,and a bandpass filter with adjustable bandwidth was designed and applied to the parallel Buck converter power and signal synchronous transmission system signal The receiving side.By controlling the center frequency of the band-pass filter,the time division multiplexing of the filter is realized.There are 68 figures,7 tables and 85 references.
