The popularity of New Coronavirus makes masks,alcohol wipes,hand sanitizers and thermometers and other anti epidemic products become the hot selling products of Jingdong,Taobao and other electronic business platforms.In order to have a deeper understanding of the key features,advantages and disadvantages of various antiepidemic products,and consumer satisfaction,this thesis collected more than 70,000 online reviews of anti-epidemic products on e-commerce platforms.and online reviews of anti-epidemic products.In this thesis,we do some preprocessing operations,such as text de duplication,mechanical compression and short sentence cleaning,to keep the validity of the data.This thesis uses word frequency vectorization,TF-IDF word frequency inverse document feature vectorization for online text review data of antiepidemic products on e-commerce platforms,and word2 vec model training word vector based on three text vectorization methods combined with machine learning SVM algorithm to train sentiment classification model.Furthermore,the online reviews of anti epidemic products with unclear emotional classification were classified.The online reviews of anti-epidemic products that clearly distinguish positive and negative emotions are based on two algorithms: TF-IDF and Text Rank for keyword extraction.After the key features of all kinds of anti epidemic products are mastered by keyword extraction,the LDA topic model is used to mine the text comments of anti epidemic products,and the meaning of keywords and topics in each topic is analyzed,The results of the topic mining model and the keywords that can best reflect the meaning of the topic are analyzed by using pyldavis visualization tool.Finally,each feature of the antiepidemic products is scored based on the sentiment dictionary,and the consumer's satisfaction with this feature is comprehensively analyzed in combination with the praise rate and attention of the anti-epidemic product.From the text comments,the advantages of various anti-epidemic products have been unearthed,We have a deeper understanding of consumers' experience and satisfaction in purchasing anti epidemic products,The main concerns of consumers in purchasing anti epidemic products were summarized,This thesis also gives some suggestions.On the one hand,it can play a supplementary role when consumers buy anti-epidemic products,and on the other hand,it can help anti-epidemic product brands understand the needs of users and the advantages and disadvantages of the products themselves.This is useful for all types of anti-epidemic products.This has great benefits for further product optimization of various anti-epidemic products.
