Attribute-based proxy re-encryption scheme is a secure and reliable encryption way to realize data sharing and access,mainly solves the problem of ciphertext security sharing,overcomes the limitations of the application.It has become an important research direction.In recent years,academic research focuses on how to improve calculational efficiency.However,in the era of quantum computing,powerful parallel computing capabilities bring new challenges to the security of schemes based on bilinear mapping.Therefore,it is of great importance to research and design an attribute-based proxy re-encryption scheme against quantum attack.In order to achieve the goal of efficient and secure data sharing,this paper studies the offline/online verifiable outsourcing attribute-based proxy re-encryption scheme based on bilinear mapping and the one-way attribute-based proxy re-encryption scheme based on lattices,and discusses the application effect of the designed scheme in the medical electronic medical record system.The works are as follows:(1)Propose an offline/online verifiable outsourced attribute-based proxy reencryption scheme.First,improve the encryption algorithm by using offline/online encryption technology;secondly,entrust the decryption work to a third-party agent to convert the complex ciphertext into a short ciphertext of EIGamal type.This solution can realize the rapid verification of the correctness of the decryption outsourcing calculation results,and the user-side online encryption calculation cost is significantly reduced,thereby achieving an improvement in efficiency.Finally,the security analysis shows that the proposed scheme achieves CPA security under the random oracle model and is resistant to collusion attacks.(2)Propose a one-way attribute-based proxy re-encryption scheme based on lattices.Aiming at the demand of anti-quantum attack,the principal conjunctive normal form in discrete mathematics is used in the design of the scheme to improve the existing LSSS access structure,and reduce the computational overhead caused by the conversion from Boolean formula to LSSS matrix and linear reconstruction and decryption.The proposed scheme uses the FRD function to map the attribute values to the matrix,achieving the characteristics of small amount of calculation and one-way.The scheme is proved to be s CPA safe under the standard model.(3)Face to the electronic medical record system,a hybrid attribute-based proxy re-encryption scheme under the resource-constrained users is designed.By analyzing the requirements of electronic medical record data security sharing,the design scheme realizes the conversion between attribute-based encryption ciphertext and identitybased encryption ciphertext.The system simulation results based on the application of electronic medical records prove that the scheme proposed in this paper can better realize the access and sharing of electronic medical records data.
