Characteristics And Modeling Of Private Information Diffusion In Social Networks

In recent years,online social networks have become the most important network platform for information diffusion.Twitter,as the main social platform for sharing information overseas,has a large number of active users and a large number of tweets,flooded with large amounts of private information and exposed to the public's view.This leads to a very high risk of privacy leakage in social network.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the diffusion of private information in social networks.This paper constructs information cascades for tweets that contain privacy information,and then analyzes the characteristics of private information diffusion.Based on this,this paper proposes a method of constructing a privacy information diffusion model.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1.A method for feature extraction and analysis of private information diffusion is proposed.Based on the cascade model of privacy information diffusion,the characteristics of the diffusion of privacy information on Twitter are studied,and the“dandelion-like” diffusion characteristics of privacy information in Twitter were discovered.This paper first improves the classic method for constructing information cascade model,and constructs the news information cascade and the privacy information cascade in Twitter.Then,this paper further analyzes the basic structure parameters and high-order substructures of the two kinds of cascades.After analysis,it is finally found that news information presents a general "central point" type of diffusion characteristic,and privacy information presents a unique "dandelion-like" type of diffusion characteristic.2.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of privacy information diffusion,a method for constructing a theoretical model of privacy information diffusion is proposed,which simulates the diffusion process of privacy information in actual social networks,this paper then applies the model to restrain the diffusion of privacy information.Based on the diffusion characteristics of private information,this paper constructs a theoretical model of private information diffusion based on real social relationship networks to simulate the real privacy information diffusion process which solves the problem of difficulty in obtaining data for privacy information diffusion and provides a tool for studying privacy-related issues.On this basis,this paper combines the characteristics of privacy information diffusion with theoretical models,and proposes a method to restrain the diffusion of privacy information,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed privacy information diffusion model in practical applications.Experiments have proved that the privacy information diffusion model can be effectively applied to restrain the diffusion of privacy information and simulate the real privacy diffusion pattern.In summary,this paper constructs privacy information cascades in actual social networks,and on this basis,discovers the unique "dandelion-like" diffusion characteristics of privacy information.Based on the above-mentioned diffusion characteristics of privacy information,this paper proposes a method of constructing a theoretical model of privacy information diffusion which is effectively applied to restrain the diffusion of privacy information and provides an effective model tool for studying private related issues.Experiments show that the privacy information diffusion process simulated by this privacy information diffusion model has a high consistency with real data.
