In recent years,faced with the impact of new media,traditional media have to keep up with the times in terms of technological innovation.In the face of mass data of production and flexible office needs of employees,Sichuan people's radio station has a strong desire to promote the information reform and construction of production and broadcasting system.Inevitably,the new system will have more contact with the Internet,which will bring serious information security problems.With the implementation of network security related laws and regulations,network security issues in information construction rise to a new height.The production and broadcasting system is the core part of the whole broadcasting system.It is the undertaker of a series of work of production,arrangement,management and broadcasting.With the complexity and demand of business,the old stand-alone production can not fully meet the needs of daily work.In the face of massive original production data,in order to simplify the program production process and improve the program production efficiency,the design of broadcast resource cloud platform is mainly studied.In the physical isolation between the two networks,through a number of gateways to achieve secure data transmission.This thesis starts from the actual needs of Sichuan broadcasting,in the context of the development of financial media,focuses on the extraction of resources cloud platform construction in the large project of broadcasting information construction,and designs on the basis of the safe transmission of audio resources inside and outside the network.The program production is separated from the traditional production and broadcasting network to form a separate production network,which is called external network in this thesis,and the remaining broadcasting network is called internal network.The main body of the cloud platform is built on the production network and connected with the Internet to solve the bottleneck problems such as lack of program production resources,geographical restrictions and slow production.Through the summary of the technology and the research of the problems,we design a resource cloud platform with perfect function,friendly interface,clear authority,safety and efficiency.According to the needs of the personnel who make and broadcast the radio programs,we design the core data exchange module of the cloud platform.This thesis focuses on the combination of web technology and cloud storage platform to establish a web resource management platform based on cloud storage.Through the design of the gateway management module,the design of load balancing algorithm,the design of file filtering strategy,the design of file quality inspection strategy,virus detection strategy to achieve safe and efficient data exchange.Completed the design of the available internal and external network database synchronization and file synchronization.The whole system has high reliability and security,the storage capacity is increased and distributed on demand,the data exchange module has scalability,convenient maintenance and management.Finally,through the functional test and performance test of the platform business function and data exchange module,the results are satisfactory.According to the preliminary feedback of the frequency staff,the system has high use value,changes the original program production mode,realizes efficient and safe storage of resources at any time and any place,and realizes resource sharing and multi person cooperation.
