Power grid dispatching is an effective means to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment in the power grid.It is necessary to design and develop a new generation of intelligent dispatching system that meets the requirements of power grid intelligent management and can improve the communication efficiency between dispatching personnel and power grid dispatching system.It integrates production process management,operation and maintenance detection,and dispatching control to improve the management efficiency.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)combined with the development of intelligent dispatching in the power industry at home and abroad,and combined with the actual needs of a regional power grid of the State Grid,the degree and level of informatization of power grid dispatching are analyzed(2)In addition to referring to the requirements of various advanced power production planning and management systems at home and abroad,we also conduct demand research for workers working in the front line for a long time to understand their actual needs,so as to ensure that the functions in the system requirements document are in line with the reality and avoid fearless waste(3)Aiming at the traditional human-computer interaction mode of mouse and keyboard operation,a human-computer interaction mode based on voice interaction is proposed.The speech synthesis algorithm can realize human-computer interaction,so that the power grid dispatcher can get rid of the operation mode of mouse and keyboard to a certain extent,and interact with the system in the form of voice,which improves the efficiency of power grid dispatching(4)After the development,the system is tested.In the process of testing,first of all,use case design and execution are used to test the functions of the system,so as to ensure that the functions can meet the requirements documents and the actual needs of users;Then we use webbench to test the performance of the system to ensure that the system can run stably for a long time under high concurrent access.This paper starts with the intelligent dispatching of power grid,selects the power industry as the specific research object,analyzes the technology used in the design and development of the intelligent dispatching system of power grid,and deeply studies the domestic and foreign energy collection and dispatching as well as the rapid development trend of intelligence,This paper proposes an intelligent dispatching system in line with the actual needs of national energy,designs and develops an intelligent dispatching system in line with the actual needs of a certain region of the State Grid,which provides the necessary information tools for the relevant departments of the power supply company,and improves the efficiency of power grid dispatching.
