At present, cardiovascular deaths have accounted for the top cause of death among urban and rural residents, and the number of cardiovascular patients will continue to grow rapidly in the next decade. However, the existing medical resources are far from meeting the needs of people for the prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. As a method for e xamining c ardiovascular diseases,h eart so und au scultation h as t he advantages of simple and convenient operation and low cost of examination, and is easy to popularize in the crowd. An automatic diagnosis system based on heart sound has high social value and practical value. This paper develops a heart sound collection system with high portability and high cost performance. It has completed the design of sound sensor,front-end analog circuit and communication module,The system can collect and transmit heart sound to the server anytime and anywhere. At the same time, some research on heart sounds was carried out.Firstly, the heart sounds were denoised by w avelet analysis, and then the heart sounds were enveloped by Hilbert transform to extract the heart sounds. Some features. Finally,by a nalyzing t he pow er s pectral d ensity of t he he art s ound s ignal,t he f requency characteristics o f so me ch aracteristic h eart d iseases a re a nalyzed.Through t he d ata verification of the typical database, the heart sound of the patient can be distinguished and given the type of heart disease. The s ystem i mplemented i n t his pa per ha s t he f ollowing a dvantages: t he wirelessization of t he s tethoscope e nables p eople t o de tect t heir ow n heart c ondition anytime and anywhere;the automatic extraction of heart sound features and the automatic diagnosis of some obvious symptoms are completed.
