The air surveillance radar point and trace fusion algorithm processes the point and trace information from multiple radars in the network to the data feature layer to form target state information with stronger stability and higher tracking accuracy.Because of its low dependence on sensors,low communication requirements,and taking into account the accuracy and real-time performance of processing data,the air surveillance radar point-and-track fusion algorithm has become the most feasible method for engineering implementation.Therefore,the development of air surveillance radar point-track fusion algorithm research has important application value for homeland air defense.This thesis studies the key technology of air surveillance radar point-track fusion and the method of online multi-radar system error correction,and designs and develops air surveillance radar point-track fusion tracking system.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Research on the data processing architecture of air surveillance radar point and trace fusion,analyze the key technology of radar network detection efficiency in point and trace fusion,study the technical characteristics of each key technology,and study the related technology of point and trace fusion Laid the theoretical support.(2)Aiming at the problem that the existence of radar system errors can cause multiple tracks relative to the same target,an online multi-radar system error correction scheme based on factor graph model and circular belief propagation algorithm is proposed,which can realize clutter environment The estimation and correction of the radar system error has a lower OSPA distance than the classical method based on the pseudo-measurement equation.(3)Aiming at the problem of time-consuming and laborious field tests for evaluating the performance of the networked system and the point-and-track fusion method,designed and developed the air surveillance radar point-and-track fusion tracking system software,which can realize the networked radar layout,radar performance parameter setting,Target trajectory setting and point-track fusion tracking functions are convenient for simulation modeling and performance evaluation of radar network and point-track fusion.The above work has been verified by simulation experiments,and the results show that the online multi-radar system error correction method based on the factor graph model proposed in this paper can effectively register the radar system error in the clutter environment,and the designed air surveillance radar point-track fusion tracking system It can run effectively in the actual environment.
