The resources of the project are the basis for the completion of the project.Any project must be designed what resources are needed for the project.How to allocate these resources usually lasts until the project is completed.How to optimize the allocation of project resources has always been a research hotspot in project management,especially when resources and schedules are combined.For the Zhi Hui Guo Zi that are currently under development,how to achieve perfect construction and realize the optimal allocation of construction schedule-resource is a real problem.This thesis starts with the current situation of the construction of the Zhi Hui Guo Zi project,analyzes the construction schedule and the current schedule implementation,and clarifies the inherent contradictions in the current resource allocation.After analysis,it is estimated that new schedules and resource allocation methods are needed to achieve the desired goals.After that,this thesis proposes a cluster-particle group method to solve the existing problems.Through the re-WBS,find the important resource usage characteristics existing in the multi-project parallel and cluster them reasonably.Then,this thesis formed a reasonable subsystem construct-ion sequence.Finally,using the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algori-thm,the mathe-matical model of the multi-objective optimization is solved.The innovation of this thesis is to combine the DBSCAN algorithm and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm(MOPSO)in two different fields according to the needs of the actual project.The result can effectively solve the problems encountered in the management of Zhi Hui Guo Zi projects.The model is based on the data of the case,but the model is not only applicable to the project,but how to sort the multi-projects with no clear priority in the actual construction in this actual situation,and rationally optimize the construction schedule-resource allocation,provides a solution that can be used for reference.
