Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the 5G era,technologies such as autonomous driving,drones,smart grids,and virtual reality have developed rapidly.The exponential growth of the amount of edge data has exceeded the amount of data storage that the cloud computing model can bear.In order to reduce the heavy storage and computing pressure of the cloud server and simultaneously process the massive data generated by edge devices every minute,a new The computing model came into being-fog computing.In the fog computing environment,the aggregator can use fog nodes to aggregate data on the perception data uploaded by mobile smartphone users,effectively eliminating the dilemma of resource constraints.However,at the same time,the privacy protection of users and the aggregator’s demands for user stability have become the great challenges that mobile phones need to face in data aggregation.First,data aggregation means that users need to directly transfer perceived data to untrusted fog nodes.How to ensure that fog nodes cannot extract user privacy information hidden in the data;second,users participating in mobile data sensing tasks may suffer from lack of power or signals Reasons such as connection interruption being suddenly offline,how to effectively alleviate user dynamic problems caused by the instability of user groups;in addition,how to motivate those users who can provide high-quality services to participate in data aggregation tasks,while protecting users and aggregations when rewards Personal identity privacy.This article focuses on the above three issues,and the main work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of user dynamics caused by the large number of users and unstable phenomena,this paper proposes a fog-based dynamic user data aggregation protocol FDDA.Using of a random single-position serial number and a bitwise XOR aggregation method ensure the anonymity and privacy of the user.In addition,by adopting the method of blinding offline users,it can not only ensure the smooth implementation of the data aggregation scheme,but also protect the privacy and safety of offline users.(2)Aiming at the problem that the current users are not enthusiastic about participating in mobile phone data sensing tasks and the quality levels of service provided are uneven,this paper proposes a fog-based data aggregation scheme with an anonymous reward mechanism.Reward users and fog nodes participating in the aggregation task through the blockchain.Utilizing the nature of the Monero chain,the unlinkability between the payer address and the payee address is satisfied,making the source of the transaction untraceable.At the same time,we use the reverse auction mechanism to ensure the interests of aggregators.(3)Through simulation experiments,our schemes FDDA and FARDA have been realized.From the results of simulation experiments,it can be seen that compared with the existing mobile phone perception data aggregation scheme,the FDDA scheme can effectively reduce the computing overhead of the system,and greatly improves the user dynamics;compared with the dynamic reward mechanism CSII The FARDA scheme can meet the data privacy security and have a better effect on the anonymous reward mechanism.
