With the development of stealth technology and aircraft technology,radar targets with“beyond visual range,low observation,ultra-high speed and high maneuverability” have appeared one after another,bringing severe challenges to target detection of traditional radar.Theoretically,increasing the integration time of radar target echo can improve the radar detection performance,but the energy dispersion caused by range migration and Doppler frequency migration will seriously affect the detection performance.In view of the above problems,this paper researches the radar high-speed target detection algorithm,and the main work is:(1)Polynomial Rotation Transform is proposed to solve the linear and nonlinear range migration of radar high-speed targets with low computational complexity by studying the internal relationship between range migration and target motion form and using simple rotation transformation.A noncoherent integration algorithm based on Polynomial Rotation Transform is proposed to improve the noncoherent integration gain of targets with variable velocity.(2)A coherent integration algorithm named Polynomial Rotation-Moving Target Detection is proposed.After correcting the linear distance walking of the target with uniform velocity,the coherent integration is realized by using the Moving Target Detection technology.This algorithm has the capability of multi-target detection and can effectively improve the integration gain and target detection probability,without the problems of velocity blur and blind speed sidelobe.(3)Polynomial Rotating-Polynomial Fourier Transform is proposed.For radar moving targets with general forms,the Polynomial Rotation Transform is used to correct the range migration,and a Doppler filter bank is introduced to compensate echo phase and realize coherent integration.In this paper,a search strategy is introduced,which reduces the computation and avoids the blind speed sidelobe.This algorithm also has the ability to detect multiple targets,and the detection ability of targets containing high order motion parameters is greatly improved under the same signal-to-noise ratio.
