GaAs photoconductive switch(PCSS)is a pulsed power technology developed a new type of pulsed power devices based on photoconductive switch.Compared to the traditional switch has the advantages of simple structure,fast response,low jitter,high power capacity,high voltage capability,the device is small,so It has broad application prospects in the fields of high power pulse generator,ultra high speed electronics,solid state pulse power source,high power ultra wideband radiation source,THz science and technology and other fields.in high power pulse generator,ultra high speed electronics,solid state pulse power source.In order to reduce the cost and miniaturization of devices,using laser diode instead of large laser triggered GaAs PCSS has become an important issue.In this research,we design two different laser diode(LD)driven mode to trigger GaAs PCSS.Synchronization of the two drive modes in PCSS under different bias voltage under the condition of light and trigger compared.At the same time using the transmission line,three way power divider and three synthetic devices for parallel PCSS output electric pulse were synthesized and compared the synthesis effect,finally the best transmission line with the synthesis of two different LD driving mode Electric pulses were synthesized.Finally obtained two different driving synchronization and current mode.The experimental results show that the 1.2kV bias voltage,1.9 J trigger energy under the condition of the synchronization of 296.0ps,the optimal results show that the synchronization of parallel PCSS changed with light and bias electric field.At the same time,analysis the influence factors of the simultaneous changes of two driving modes,changes of dynamic carrier in GaAs material was analyzed based on the mechanism of PCSS synchronization changes,the synchronization affected by electron transfer effect.Actually,the different synchronization between the two driven mode has analyzed.
