Human target detection algorithms can be widely applied to various fields,such as autonomous driving,intelligent monitoring,and robots.When performing human target detection,it may face relatively harsh environments,such as haze weather and fire.In these cases,human target detection will be disturbed,which will seriously affect the effect of detection.Therefore,this paper proposes the research of human target detection algorithm in smog environment.In this paper,firstly the research significance and background of human target detection in the smog environment are indtroduced.And we study the current research of the smog removal algorithm,human target detection algorithm and embedded image processing platform at home and abroad.Secondly,a human target detection system in the smog environment is built.In addition,in order to improve the detection effect,solving the problem that detection of HOG(Histograms of Oriented Gradients)algorithm is not accurate enough and prone to false negative,this paper proposes a human target detection algorithm based on HOG and edges enhancement.And then we realize human target detection in the smog environment,reducing the interference of smog to human target detection and improving the effect of human target detection.Finally,on the hardware platform based on FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)+ ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)architecture,the human target detection algorithm in the smog environment was implemented,and several groups of experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that the human target detection algorithm in the smog environment proposed in this paper has a good effect.As human target detection is applied to various fields,the impact of the smog environment on human target detection will become prominent.The research in this paper provides some reference value for the fields of autonomous driving,intelligent monitoring,robotics,etc.
