With the rapid development of precision guided weapons,the demand for miniaturized fuzes is increasing.Therefore,as an indispensable part of radio fuze,the fuze antenna has become a hot topic in the field of miniaturization.In order to realize the antenna miniaturization,to improve antenna gain and to broaden bandwidth,this paper studied and designed several types of millimeter wave band microstrip conformal array antenna.And the main work is as follows:1.According to the basic theory of microstrip antenna,a variety of Miniaturized Microstrip Patch elements are designed.By slotting the rectangular microstrip antenna ground plate,the patch area is reduced by 42%;a E-shaped microstrip patch unit is designed,whose area is reduced by 24.7%;in addition,different sizes and numbers of artificial electromagnetic structures are etched on E-shaped microstrip patch unit,and the made-up E-shaped microstrip patch unit is reduced by 33%.2.Following the theory of cylindrically conformal array antenna and the related principle of the first and second power splitters,a parallel fed four element microstrip conformal array antenna is designed,with a diameter of 70 mm and a height of 10.64 mm,a relative e bandwidth of 5.1% and a gain of 8.17 dB.3.In the series feed network,the wavelength differences between the feeder lines of two adjacent patches is set as a integer number in order to guarantee the synchronous phase excitation of each element,and impedance transformation is used to guarantee the same amplitude excitation of array element.The 38 element E-shaped microstrip element is used as the array element,which is uniformly arranged around the circumference of the cylinder to realize omnidirectional radiation.Moreover,a 35 GHz cylindrically conformal array antenna based on single wavelength is designed and manufactured,the relative bandwidth of which is17.34%,along with a gain of 4.9dB.The overall height of this antenna is 4.55 mm.It is obvious that the bandwidth is widened and the array antenna is successfully miniaturized.4.Based on the new series feed network,when doubling the space between the feeder lines of its adjacent patches,a 19 element cylindric conformal array antenna based on two wavelengths is designed.The center frequency of this antenna is 35 GHz,the relative bandwidth is 7.08%,and the maximum gain of H-plane is 5.7dB.5.Using the second-order microstrip series fed antenna as the array element,a reflective patch is added to a single E-shaped microstrip patch.The 3dB lobe width of its E-plane is 33%less than that of a single E-shaped patch,the gain is increased by 2.1dB,and the energy is much more concentrated.A 19 element second-order patch cylindrically conformal antenna based on the serial feed distance of two wavelengths is designed,and the relative bandwidth is 9.89%.The gain of the antenna is 7.5dB,the omnidirectional performs well,and the height of the antenna is 68% lower than that of the parallel fed conformal array antenna.
