The research of electronic skin that imitates the human sensory system has recently attracted widespread attention,and it also has great potential in the application of artificial intelligence,health care monitoring,artificial prostheses and human-computer interaction electronics.In this paper,based on the pressure sensor,carbon nanotubes with high conductivity,stable mechanical properties,large specific surface area and flexibility are selected as conductive materials.The sponge has a three-dimensional porous structure,and a carbon nanotube-coated sponge is prepared to prepare a pressure sensor device with a three-dimensional porous structure;at the same time,a carbon nanotube-coated sponge electrode is prepared to prepare a capacitive pressure sensor.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the main characteristics of carbon nanotubes are introduced.Carbon nanotubes have more advantages as conductive materials.Several dispersion processes of carbon nanotubes are also introduced,and various characteristics and research statuses are analyzed.Through comparative experimental analysis,it can be found that with deionized water as solvent and surfactant TNWDIS as dispersant,the dispersion of multi-walled carbon nanotube dispersion prepared by ultrasonic oscillation is relatively uniform and stable.Secondly,a pressure sensor with a three-dimensional porous structure is prepared based on a three-dimensional porous sponge coated with carbon nanotubes.The prepared pressure sensor was electrically tested.The pressure sensor also has a good output under low pressure,high sensitivity(0.16508?11.20466 KPa-1),and a wide working range(0?15 KPa),it also has a fast response time of 70 ms and a fast recovery time of 39 ms.The pressure sensor also has good stability.After more than 1500 repetition cycles,the device current output signal is not much different from the initial situation.In addition,the flexible pressure sensor also has detection functions for small physical activities(voices)and human movements(finger bending and knee movements).Finally,Using carbon nanotube-coated three-dimensional porous sponge as the electrode and PDMS as the dielectric layer,a capacitive pressure sensor with a three-dimensional porous structure electrode type was designed.Then the electrical test of the prepared pressure sensor shows that the hysteresis of the device is low,only 2.32%.In addition,the device has high sensitivity(0.12022 KPa-1),and the sensor also has a fast response time of 78 ms and a fast recovery time of 62 ms.It is found that the pressure sensor has good repeatability and stability,and the current output signal of the device is not much different from the initial situation after more than 1500 repetition cycles.
