Blockchain technology is a new type of decentralized distributed ledger technology.Due to its decentralization,immutability,and traceability,it is expected to solve the trust problem existing in the society and reconstruct the value system.At present,there are serious performance bottlenecks in blockchain technology,and there is still a large gap to meet the needs of commercial applications.In order to solve the problems in scalability of the blockchain,this article starts from two aspects of the scalability of blockchain: multiplexed payment channel and cross-chain technology based on directed acyclic graph structure blockchain.We do much research on the multiplexed payment channel technology,improve the existing multiplexed payment channel scheme Gnnochi,and propose a new multiplexed payment channel scheme supporting parallelism.A safe,efficient and reliable cross-chain technical scheme is designed for the specific DAG structure blockchain.These efforts have played a role in promoting the scalability of the blockchain.The specific contributions are as follows:1.The Gnocchi,the first multi-directional payment channel scheme,is introduced in detail.And we analyzed the performance and security of the scheme was made.It was pointed out that the scheme had a redundant offline transaction negotiation communication protocol and could not process multiple transactions in parallel.Malicious behaviors such as delaying transaction information and deliberately canceling transactions by users will cause the channel to stagnate.2.Aiming at the shortcomings of Gnocchi scheme,a parallel multidirectional payment channel scheme named Narcissus is proposed.This solution improves the offline transaction negotiation communication protocol of the Gnocchi solution,increases the communication efficiency by three times,and solves the problem of stagnation of channel operation caused by user malicious behavior.The channel round delay parameter is innovatively introduced to make channel supervision person can process multiple transactions in the channel in parallel,effectively improving the channel's transaction processing capabilities.3.For the new DAG structured blockchain system Gravity,a safe,efficient and reliable cross-chain technology solution Gplus was designed to realize the value exchange between the DAG structured blockchain and any consortium chain.We have described in detail the cross-chain components and various data structures related to cross-chain that the original scheme of Gravity needs to add,and give the detailed process of cross-chain transactions between Gravity and the consortium chain.Gplus scheme as the first crosschain technology solution based on the DAG structure blockchain provides a reference for other researchers.
