With the development of big data,cloud computing,and highperformance computers,the signal rates of electronic devices are getting higher and higher.As a high-speed data transmission channel,interconnections have characteristics such as the bandwidth,loss,and dispersion that cause signal integrity problems such as delay,attenuation,and distortion.The transmission characteristics of the high-speed interconnect channels from chip to board,the pre-emphasis and equalization technology for the high-speed signal are studied in this thesis,thereby the signal integrity problems of high-speed data transmission are solved.The following three aspects are included in this thesis:First,for the signal integrity analysis and design of the high-speed interconnection,the transmission characteristics of the substrate integrated coaxial line(SICL)interconnection are studied,and the SICL array with 45-degree-angle bends is designed.The crosstalk and insertion loss of the proposed structure are better than those of differential striplines in 0 ?60GHz,and the insertion loss of SICL array at 60 GHz is 1.5d B smaller than that of differential striplines.In addition,the transmission characteristics of differential SICL array are studied,and their crosstalk and insertion loss are better than those of differential striplines.Using the SICL interconnect array,the printed circuit board is designed and processed,and a 40-channel25 Gbps high-speed data transmission system is realized.Second,for the pre-emphasis technology,a pre-emphasis technology based on Finite Impulse Response(FIR)is proposed.The FIR coefficient of this pre-emphasis technology is determined by the zero-forcing algorithm.The high-speed signal response of the pre-emphasis circuit and SICL interconnection is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the preemphasis can effectively compensate for the high-frequency attenuation of the SICL interconnect channel,and it can increase the eye height of the eye diagram at the receiving end by 40% at 25 Gbps.Third,for the equalization technology,the neural network is applied to the equalization technology to realize the non-linear equalization algorithm of the SICL interconnect channel.The simulation results show that the bit error rate can be reduced by up to 92% at 25 Gbps.
