With the continuous progress of science and technology,people have continuously improved the product quality and production efficiency of machinery manufacturing.At the same time,manufacturing automation technology has also made huge breakthroughs.Automation technology has also been widely used in the aerospace field.However,the composite cabinet in the aerospace equipment manufacturing is still completed by traditional manual measurement and polishing.The bottleneck of the manufacturing technology is that it is difficult for operators to use calipers to calculate the process size of many matching parts in the auxiliary material box in a short period of time,and the error of manual hand-held grinding wheel processing is large,and it is often impossible to once The processing meets the requirements,not only the quality is difficult to guarantee,the difference in processing quality will lead to the assemblability of the mating parts,and the efficiency is very low,and the dust has a great impact on the physical and mental health of the operators.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the automatic processing method of the assembly information of the auxiliary material box under the multi-fitting target.According to the requirements of the National 04 Special Project(2018ZX04011001),this project mainly carried out the overall planning of the auxiliary material box assembly information automation processing scheme,and the research on the optimization design method of the assembly information under the multi-coordinated target,including the auxiliary material box feature point cloud information Related content such as the processing method of the matching parts,the tolerance distribution of the matching parts,the optimization solution method of the dimensional chain,the virtual assembly inspection method,etc.,and the related modules for the automatic processing of the auxiliary material box assembly information.The main research work and results of the thesis include the following four aspects.:1.The overall planning of the automated processing plan for the assembly information of the auxiliary material box.In response to the assembly information processing requirements of the auxiliary material box,its related functional modules were divided,and the auxiliary material box data collection equipment and platform were overall planned.2.Research on the processing method of the feature point cloud information of the auxiliary material box.Aiming at the problems of low manufacturing accuracy of auxiliary material box blanks and difficulty in extracting feature point clouds,point cloud processing methods based on improved ICP(Iterative Closest Point)registration algorithm and improved Euclidean clustering(Improved Euclidean clustering)are proposed to achieve rapid,Accurately extract the characteristic point cloud information of ordered mating parts.3.Research on optimization solution method of dimensional chain under multi-fit goals.Aiming at the problem of solving the size of the ring reinforcement automatic processing procedure under the multi-fitting target of the auxiliary material box,a multifitting target-oriented process size solution model and a tolerance allocation optimization design model are proposed,and are based on an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(Improved NSGA-?)Solved the model.4.Development of the automated processing system for the assembly information of the auxiliary material box.Based on the idea of modular development,under the VS2015 and QT integrated development environment,an automated processing system for auxiliary material box assembly information has been developed,including the acquisition of auxiliary material box feature information,the optimization of the dimensional chain of mating parts,and virtual assembly interference inspection.Main functional modules.At present,the automatic processing software of composite box assembly information has passed the experimental test of the enterprise,and has been applied to the automatic production practice of composite box.
