3D printing technology is one of the most creative technologies in the manufacturing industry,and it has gradually replaced the traditional manufacturing process.Biological 3D printing is a method of manufacturing biological materials or proteins with 3D printing according to the requirements of cell growth environment and morphology to form biological structures with personalized functions.It is rapidly developing and applied in biomedicine.The construction of a temperature control system is an indispensable part of a 3D bioprinter.At the same time,temperature is the most direct factor affecting bioprinting in the entire bioprinting process.Therefore,this paper uses fuzzy PID control algorithm to design a set of low-cost,high stability and high precision extrusion type 3D bio-printer temperature control system.This study introduced the development of 3D bioprinting technology at home and abroad,highlighting the necessity of the research.Through the analysis of the temperature control requirements during the printing of biomaterial methacrylamide modified gelatin hydrogels(GelMA),an extruded 3D bioprinter temperature control system with fuzzy PID control algorithm as the core was designed In addition,the hardware composition,control algorithm and software implementation of the control system are designed in detail.Here are the main tasks of this study:In terms of hardware,this thesis designs the single-chip microcomputer system and its various module circuits,and completes the circuit working principle in detail.The thesis focuses on the design of the main control board,serial port screen,and air pressure module,including the design of the overall hardware structure,the design of the temperature control box and the air pressure module,the serial screen circuit,the temperature acquisition and processing circuit,and their respective PCB Layout drawing design work.In terms of software,this paper has completed the design of all functions in the temperature control system,mainly including the implementation of the temperature control main program,fuzzy PID control subroutine,system initialization,serial screen communication,and interface design.At the same time,the control interface,setting parameters and communication process of the extruded 3D bioprinter host computer are introduced.In this paper,a comparative experiment method is used to print the GelMA biological model under the temperature control system using traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control scheme,respectively.By analyzing the adjustment time and the overshoot of the system,it is concluded that the printing effect is better under the fuzzy PID control scheme.Therefore,this paper combined with the characteristics of temperature control of biological materials to develop a fuzzy controller using the fuzzy PID control algorithm to set the three parameters of PID online is effective,and it is an ideal temperature control for extrusion 3D bioprinters.The solution achieves performance indicators such as stable control,short adjustment time,and small overshoot required by the system.
