Since its appearance in 1997,air jet vortex spinning has been developed rapidly with the remarkable characteristics of less hairiness and high spinning speed,and has been widely used in a variety of spinning occasions,one of which is the spinning of core spun yarn.At present,most of the researches related to air-jet vortex spinning core spun yarn are focused on the improvement of yarn quality and the optimization of corresponding spinning parameters,and less attention is paid to the molding device of core spun yarn.For example,manual operation is used for core filament threading and waste fiber cleaning of core spun yarn,which is inefficient.Therefore,the research of air jet vortex spinning device has practical significance.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of air jet vortex spinning machine,a core filament threading system is designed,which is suitable for small diameter,continuous and low strength core yarn,and meets the threading requirements of core spun yarn.The spinning waste fiber forming is analyzed,and the cleaning method is designed based on the core threading system.To improve the core threading status of air-jet vortex spinning core spun yarn,solve some structural problems of spinning frame,and provide reference for future automatic spinning.The research contents of this paper are summarized as follows(1)The structure of spinning components and the layout of the device are analyzed,the difficulties of core filament threading are summarized,and the functional requirements of the device are determined.Three dimensional modeling,through analysis and comparison to determine the optimal scheme,and the key parts of the design,selection.The design is mainly divided into four modules: lead wire,lead wire,feed wire and feed wire.Through the control of the free end of the core yarn,the device realizes the rapid threading of the core yarn in the production of core spun yarn,and improves the working efficiency of the spinning frame;(2)Based on the size characteristics of air-jet vortex spinning machine,the waste fiber cleaning method and cleaning scheme are designed,which can cooperate with the core threading device to improve the waste fiber accumulation;(3)According to the characteristics of the device,a reasonable control scheme is designed and the operation program of the actuator is written.Through control simulation,the control environment of the actuator is simulated to determine the rationality of the control scheme and program;(4)Experimental study on threading.The minimum effective working time of the device is determined by module test.Firstly,compared with manual threading,the threading time is taken as the benchmark;Secondly,the threading effect of different types of core wire and nozzle structure is analyzed,and the application scope of the device is summarized.
