With the continuous development of cloud computing,Internet of Things and other technologies,various forms of data are emerging,and a large number of data services have come into being.The traditional "request/response" data service model limits the response speed and automation of the service,which can no longer meet the needs of intelligence and information construction in various fields.Active service is a data service that can be provided automatically according to logic judgment without human drive,and its emergence has broken the limitations of the traditional data service model.In order to realize the automatic judgment of logic in active services,this paper studies the context cognitive algorithm for proactive services.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)In order to realize the construction of spatio-temporal situations,the spatial model needs to be extracted first.In this paper,we propose the unsupervised learning method T2I-Cycle GAN,which realizes the extraction of spatial models.The dense layer in the T2I-Cycle GAN model can realize the extraction of sparse spatio-temporal features to extract more accurate spatial model results.The results show that the T2I-Cycle GAN method has higher accuracy of extraction results compared with other benchmark methods.2)In order to realize the active provision of data services,this paper proposes a context awareness algorithm based on semantic trajectory.The algorithm can combine the spatial model to construct the semantic trajectory of the research object,realize the cognition of the driving context of the research object,and further realize the active provision of data services based on the conditional judgment.In this paper,we conduct the research of context cognition based on marine traffic background,and realize the construction of semantic relationship between ships and spatial models by constructing semantic trajectories of ships,and realize the research of active provisioning method of traffic prediction class service.The results show that the context awareness algorithm based on the semantic trajectory can effectively realize the active service provision.3)Based on the above research,this paper designs and implements a ship context-aware active service prototype system,which analyzes the ship behavior state based on the semantic trajectory of the ship.And according to the current context of the ship,the provision of the ship's current port time prediction service is performed when the conditions are met.
