With the rapid development of network media technology and communication technology,the demand for video services is also increasing,and the demand of mobile users for high-quality video service viewing experience index is also increasing.In the case of limited network resources,network fluctuations will have a bad impact on the quality of experience(QoE)of users.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the efficiency and stability of video transmission over wireless network,and ensure the user's QoE through flexible allocation and dynamic adjustment of available network resources.This paper studies the optimization of mobile video transmission resources based on user preference perception,which has important research significance and application value.Aiming at the problem that the existing QoE models fail to consider the factors of user preferences and the rate switching of different levels in the playback process,this paper defines a comprehensive traffic aware QoE model.In order to further study the user preferences,the model comprehensively considers the influence of data consumption,blocking and different rate switching on the user viewing experience,and simulates the video playback process Video quality changes.On the basis of the defined QoE model,this paper proposes a rate adaptive method based on QoE,which takes QoE as the optimization objective,predicts the video block quality required in the future video transmission process according to the real-time network condition,buffer level and traffic consumption,and obtains the optimal rate decision.The results show that the proposed method can adjust the video block rate level according to the real-time network conditions,has good playback stability,and can improve the user's viewing experience.Aiming at the negative impact on the video QoE caused by the mismatch between the video bitrate requested by the user and the real-time changing and restricted network conditions in the mobile network,adaptive video streaming has been studied in depth and detail.With the goal of maximizing the real-time QoE of individual users,we propose a wireless resource allocation method on demand,which dynamically adapts wireless resource allocation to the result of bit rate selection,and guarantees the QoE of each video user in the system from a global perspective.We compared the proposed wireless resource allocation method with the latest unlimited resource allocation method.The simulation results show that,compared with the latest method,the mobile video transmission resource optimization method based on user preference perception proposed in this paper can effectively reduce requests.The stuttering event caused by the mismatch between the video bit rate and the time-varying network conditions has achieved a significant optimization effect on improving the user's real-time QoE.
