With the implementation of the Made in China 2025 action plan,China's overall level in manufacturing has been improved.The rapid development of Internet technology has broken the original traditional sense of production mode and management configuration.With the intelligent motion control system,a variety of monitoring sensor constantly access system increasingly common scenarios,the complexity of the numerical control system is increasingly high,low level of integration,does not have modular and scalable become traditional HMI components information collection development limited,has been gradually cannot achieve a variety of equipment information analysis and the ability of further processing.At the same time,the man-machine interface system has become more complex and difficult to understand.It needs to provide more accurate and more comprehensive monitoring and control for the operation process of the control system,and the analysis and processing after data collection are not fully utilized.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a data acquisition and communication system which can solve the pain points of current users and support the localization of system platform.In this paper,the Loonson 3A4000 universal processor,Linux Open source system and Open SCADA platform as the experimental environment,aiming at the two data acquisition methods of Open CNC system and CNC machine tool external sensor,combined with the current mainstream prediction model,the design and implementation of HMI components.Through a comparative study of the current mainstream data acquisition methods,OPC UA standard communication protocol as the basis for the design of open numerical control system data acquisition and HMI communication,and further complete the human-machine interface display of the numerical control system information parameters.Determined on the basis of the Modbus TCP standard communication protocol design of NC machine tool external temperature and humidity sensor data acquisition and communication,temperature early warning,and on the basis of the temperature prediction,according to the actual effects of the thermal deformation problem,an improved adaptive vector of BP neural network for thermal error compensation model for machine tool spindle correction.Using the experimental results data can be found that the multi-threading design can achieve real-time data transmission,and the thermal error compensation model can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of the late machine tool and improve the safety characteristics of the machine tool while ensuring the accuracy.
