Among additive manufacturing technologies,light curing rapid prototyping technology is the earliest developed and most widely used rapid prototyping technology.In light curing molding,molding quality and printing time are important indicators to measure the performance of 3D printing equipment.Among them,the laser power,scanning speed,spot size and scanning distance and other process parameters have a complicated influence on the molding quality and printing time.The existing SLA molding equipment is prone to the problem that the process parameters are not compatible with the control system.The operator needs to spend more time and energy to study the suitable process parameters according to the specific printing requirements,so that the 3D printing equipment does not have good versatility and ease of operation.Therefore,in view of the existing SLA molding equipment,it is of great significance to study the key factors and influence rules that affect the molding quality and printing time,and to develop an SLA software system with a multi-process strategy mode.First of all,this article introduces the hardware and software platform of SLA molding technology and its processing mechanism.Secondly,perform error analysis of the three stages of the SLA molding process,and obtain the main process parameters that affect the molding quality and printing time during the model molding process.By analyzing the influence of main process parameters on SLA molding quality and printing time,three different molding process strategy modes were developed,which are equilibrium mode,speed mode and quality mode.Then,in accordance with the established molding process strategy model,Visual Studio2015 is used as the development environment to develop an applicable software control system.The Star UML modeling tools is used for modeling.At the same time,the main components of the software control system’s file analysis path planning module,motion control module and molding process strategy module are designed and implemented.Developed a software control system with three different process strategy printing modes.Finally,the self-developed software control system is used to print parts under three different molding process strategy modes,and the molding strength,molding quality and molding efficiency are studied separately.Analyze the performance differences between the printed parts of the three molding process strategy modes,so as to obtain the use cases of process strategy modes that meet different printing requirements.The formulation of the light curing rapid prototyping process strategy has realized the rapid customization and mass production of parts.The developed software control system meets the functional requirements of the design module.At the same time,the entire system has good human-computer interaction and stability.
