With the advent of the information age,more and more data tends to be digital,also including Medical data.Digital development is a double-edged sword for the medical field,which not only brings convenience to patients and doctors,but also lays hidden dangers for information security.Medical images are an important tool for doctors to diagnose.They include the patient's condition and personal privacy.Therefore,the secrecy of medical images is particularly important in the information age.In order to solve the problem of information leakage,many experts and scholars have proposed digital watermarking methods.Digital watermarking can hide the patient's personal information in medical images.Among these methods,robustness and imperceptibility are two important characteristics and assessment indices.The two zero-watermark research methods proposed in this paper can better integrate watermark information with medical images,and have better robustness under the premise of ensuring the imperceptibility of watermarks.The research contents are as follows:(1)The medical image digital watermarking algorithm based on Hough-DCT.First,we performed Hough-DCT transformation on the medical image,and select the low-frequency part for feature extraction,and then perform binarization after extraction to generate a perceptual hash sequence.After that,the zero-watermark technology is used to fuse the perceptual hash sequence and the encrypted watermark information to realize the zero-watermark embedding.Experiments have proved that the HOUGH-DCT algorithm has better robustness to geometric attacks.(2)The medical image digital watermarking algorithm based on Haar-DCT.First,we performed Haar feature extraction on the medical image,and then binarize it to generate a perceptual hash sequence.Second,the zero-watermark technology is used to fuse the perceptual hash sequence and the encrypted watermark information to realize the watermark embedding.Experiments prove that the Haar-DCT algorithm has better rob.(3)The encrypted medical image digital watermarking algorithm.First,the medical image is encrypted,and the Haar-DCT transform is performed to obtain the feature matrix,and then it is fused with the encrypted watermark information to realize the embedding of the watermark.Experiments have proved that the algorithm technology guarantees the privacy of medical images,as well as the security of watermarks.It has strong robustness and can protect the information security of patients well.
