With the acceleration of the economic globalization,the wide application of computers and the popularity and maturity of network make the e-commerce industry developed rapidly.In recent years,online shopping has become a mainstream shopping way for people,and as the most important transportation mode of online shopping,logistics transportation is more highly required by people,including requirements not only in the speed of logistics transportation,but also in the privacy protection of users in the logistics process.At the very beginning,in the process of multi-level logistics transshipment,the user's information is all filled in the express bills in clear visual words,which makes it easy for advertising companies,salesmen and even fraud gangs to get the user's personal information,bringing endless troubles to users(such as harassing phone calls and advertising promotion,etc.),and even in some serious cases,users' personal and property safety may be threatened.With the emergence of these problems,people begin to gradually lay more stress on the privacy protection in the process of logistics.Although the logistics company has rectified some of these problems,such as setting the access rights to obtain the user's personal information or partially covered the information,it does not change the fact that the user's personal information is easy to be illegally obtained.In the existing logistics transportation mode,there are primarily existing several security problem as follows:(1)User's specific information is exposed in the database in the form of clear visual words,and the risk of privacy leakage has not been effectively reduced.(2)There are disputes in the design of compensation for lost goods for the logistics information of express.The user and the express company do not believe in each other without a clear division of the responsibility.(3)In the case of wrong delivery,the problem can be fixed only by directly accessing the user's information in the database,which increases more channels of the user's privacy leakage as well as the risk.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation on the current status of privacy protection in the logistics industry,combines blockchain and multi-level logistics privacy protection technology,and designs a corresponding privacy protection plan,which not only realizes efficient express delivery,but also ensures the user's identity information Security and address information security.This paper aims to realize the privacy protection in multi-level logistics system with the blockchain.The main technologies involved are: identity-based encryption,identity-based broadcast encryption,attribute-based encryption and asymmetric encryption.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The design and analysis of user information protection schemes based on identity encryption.Due to the exponential growth of online shopping users,as the mainstream industry of e-commerce industry,the logistics industry owns a large amount of user information.For all the users' information existing in the express company database in clear visual words,the consequences are unimaginable if the user privacy is leaking.The current logistics industry does not pay enough attention to the protection of user privacy.Currently,the express delivery companies on the market only use QR codes or erase part of the user's identity information to replace all the original information directly on the express delivery slip.These measures did not fundamentally solve the problem of user privacy protection.This article combines identity encryption technology to solve the problem of privacy leakage of user address information and user identity information in the logistics process of express delivery.On the one hand,it prevents voyeurs from obtaining the user's address information during the logistics and transportation process.On the other hand,it also avoids advertising harassment and phone fraud caused by the leakage of user identity information,and achieves the purpose of privacy protection,and it will not affect the logistics.The transportation efficiency will affect the user's shopping experience.(2)The design and analysis of identity-based broadcast encryption logistics information on the chain.Through the investigation and research,the biggest concern of users to the logistics process is the logistics information.Users need to know their own express transportation situation in time and confirm the authenticity of the express transportation situation.The open,transparent and tamper proof characteristics of the blockchain just meet the basic requirements of users to obtain logistics information,but the blockchain itself does not have the function of privacy protection.This paper combines the blockchain technology and identity broadcast encryption technology to solve the problem of express logistics information on the chain.Firstly,the identities of the recipients and senders are encrypted.Secondly,the express delivery point applies for authorization and applies to TA for the identities of the recipients and senders corresponding to the express delivery order number.The express delivery point encrypts the identities of the recipients and senders according to the express delivery order number and sends them to the express delivery point.Finally,the express delivery point encrypts the logistics information under the condition of ciphertext,and then links them up,The recipient and sender can read the logistics information on the decryption chain.This paper encrypts the logistics information in the case of the identity encryption of the recipient and the sender,so as to ensure the privacy of the user's information on the premise of timely query of the logistics information.(3)Design and analysis of express delivery error correction scheme based on attribute-based encryption.Due to the epidemic,online shopping has surpassed offline physical stores and has become the mainstream shopping method for people,which has led to an increase in express delivery.At present,manual sorting is still the main way,and the delivery by mistake often happens.However,the current way of error correction for express delivery in the logistics industry is mainly by accessing user information stored in plain text in the database,finding the correct address and then re-delivering,which undoubtedly increases a new way for user privacy leakage.The user information has been encrypted in this article.Although it solves the hidden danger of user privacy leakage in the plaintext storage of user information in the database,the courier station cannot know the identity of the recipient and the sender,which makes it difficult for the express delivery to correct errors.This requires us to find new solutions to the problem of express error correction.This article uses attribute-based encryption technology to solve the problem of re-delivery without knowing the information of express users,and realizes efficient express error correction processing while ensuring user privacy.
