With the progress of information science and technology,the arrival of intelligent communication network era and the growing number of Internet users,the data flow is increasing,and network communication technology is facing unprecedented challenges.Wireless communication network model involves large uncertainty.In order to overcome the problem that the control effect of model-based control method is not good due to the difficulty of actual system modeling,this paper considers the power and rate control method of wireless communication network based on data,and reduces the transmission power under the premise of ensuring reliable network connection and increases the transmission rate under the condition of overcoming network congestion,so as to maximize network capacity and network throughput.Most of the existing research on wireless communication networks is based on models.In view of the difficulty in modeling caused by many uncertain factors of the system,this paper does not need the dynamic model of the system,only relies on the input and output data to track the power and rate of the wireless communication network,and adopts different control methods to design the controller.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following aspects:(1)For wireless communication network system without delay,this paper studies the model-free adaptive control algorithm,establishes the equivalent dynamic linear data model,improves the pseudo partial derivative estimation and controller design,optimizes the system parameters by using the input and output data of the controlled system,realizes the power and rate tracking control of the wireless communication network,and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm by MATLAB simulation.(2)For the wireless communication network system with time delay,this paper studies the adaptive dynamic programming control algorithm.The historical data composed of input,output data and reference trajectory are used to model the power and rate data of the wireless communication network to avoid the complex dynamic mechanism modeling of the system.The function approximation structure is used to approximate the performance index function in the dynamic programming equation,and the optimal control strategy is obtained to realize the tracking control of the power and rate of the wireless communication network with time delay.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation.
