The IoT technology is developing rapidly,it not only brings opportunities to the society,but also causes various problems of information security.Quantum circuit has many characteristics,such as high complexity and no feedback,applying quantum circuit to the technology of information encryption can improve the complexity of encryption and increase the ability of information to resist attacks.In order to protect the information security in the process of IOT communication,this paper applies quantum circuit to the field of encrypted communication of IOT,and mainly completes the following aspects:1.Based on the study of the communication process and characteristics of the IOT,and according to its corresponding encryption requirements,quantum circuits are used to implement the mathematical operations and transformations in the AES encryption algorithm,so as to meet the encryption requirements of the IOT communication.The quantum circuits of AES algorithm are transformed into electronic circuits,and the corresponding circuit function modules of encryption,decryption and key expansion are designed.2.In order to realize the information interaction between the encryption/decryption modules and the terminal equipment in the process of IOT communication,according to the IO characteristics of the terminal equipment and the quantum circuit characteristics,the interface module including SPI,UART and other interfaces is designed with Verilog language.The encryption module,decryption module,key expansion module and interface module are combined according to IO logic and encryption rules to build a complete encryption system of quantum circuit that meets the encryption requirements of IOT communication.3.Quantum circuit encryption system can be used as IP core in semiconductor chip design.In order to meet the chip-based requirements of encryption system for IOT terminal equipment,the whole circuit module of the encryption system is solidified into FPGA chip to realize the design of hardware encryption system.FPGA encryption chip is used to complete the encryption and decryption of documents,pictures and other information in the terminal equipment.4.According to the characteristics of information transmission of IOT,the application system of encryption system in the process of IOT communication is designed.The application system consists of sensors,actuators,embedded systems,server,encryption system and other parts,the server and embedded system are connected remotely and wirelessly through NB-IoT module.The information transmitted on IOT is encrypted by encryption system,so as to realize the encrypted transmission of information in IOT and realize the application of encryption system for IOT communication security.
