In recent years, the logistics industry is booming, more and more logistics activities have also produced more and more pollution.Due to the expansion of the logistics industry, the difficulty of management is also greatly increased.Unreasonable distribution links will lead to a series of problems such as vehicle detour, driving time and empty car rate. The long driving distance of vehicles will directly lead to more exhaust emissions in the process of driving, and also lead to the low utilization of energy.Compared with the traditional fuel vehicles, electric vehicles only consume electric energy to provide power, effectively improving the urban air quality due to the emission of carbon dioxide and other gases. With the continuous development of the electric vehicle industry technology, more and more problems in the production process have been overcome, and the use cost has been reduced. The electric vehicle industry will also have great potential for development. The fierce competition in the logistics market also makes the third-party logistics companies reduce the cost through various strategic mechanisms on the premise of ensuring the quality of customer service, and the research on the vehicle path problem with separable demand has obvious effect on reducing the cost. When the demand of customers varies greatly and the goods can be mixed for transportation,a part of customers' freight volume can be split for transportation. On the one hand, this strategy can improve the transport efficiency of vehicles and reduce the cost of third-party logistics companies;on the other hand, customers will also benefit from the cost reduction of logistics companies, which will reduce their shipping costs. This can not only improve the utilization rate of freight cars, reduce the cost of enterprises, but also achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction by planning a more scientific path, which will be the general trend of the development of logistics distribution.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper, summarizes the research status of vehicle routing problem with demand splitting, and combs the research of vehicle routing problem related to carbon emissions, the research of vehicle routing problem related to electric vehicles and the research of particle swarm optimization algorithm.By comparing with the constraints of traditional vehicle routing problem, the definition of vehicle routing problem with demand splitting is defined. The cost structure of fuel vehicles and electric vehicles is also described, and the basic PSO algorithm principle and operation process are described. Its advantages and disadvantages are pointed out, which lays the foundation for the later design of improved algorithm. The traditional fuel vehicle and new electric vehicle are modeled respectively, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with dynamic learning factor and dynamic inertia weight is designed, and the cost analysis and comparison between two different groups of decentralized large demand customers and intensive small demand customers are carried out.The case analysis of different scenarios shows that the model of fuel vehicle and electric vehicle designed in this paper is feasible, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is effective.By analyzing the differences in the distribution costs of fuel vehicle and electric vehicle in different scenarios, this paper points out that: in different scenarios, the distribution costs of fuel vehicle and electric vehicle have their advantages and disadvantages, and logistics enterprises should reasonably allocate resources in combination with their own reality to obtain the most Excellent distribution scheme, which provides ideas for logistics enterprises to choose distribution vehicles, and also points out the direction for the development of green logistics.
