Technological innovation promotes the transformation of the media industry.The rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology makes us transition from the era of new media to the era of intelligent media.The automation of news production not only brings broad development prospects to intelligent media,but also accelerates the challenge of information explosion.In the face of massive news information,how to quickly get the information users want has become a big problem.In order to solve the audience's information anxiety,personalized news recommendation system came into being.News check is an important link in news distribution.In the era of intelligent media,algorithmic distribution impacts the original distribution mode,and brings challenges to news control.Personalized news recommendation is a kind of intelligent media gatekeeper mode.Because it is widely used and highly representative,this paper selects personalized news recommendation as an example,and uses case study method and literature research method to study the news recommendation system in the era of intelligent media.By analyzing the development status of personalized news recommendation,this paper explores the gatekeeper behavior in news communication in the age of intelligent media.This paper analyzes the turn off system of personalized news recommendation from three aspects: the main characteristics of the check object,the composition of the check subject and the realization path of the check,summarizes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The research significance of this paper is mainly divided into two aspects: first,the current academic research on intelligent media has the characteristics of disciplinary differentiation.News communication scholars pay more attention to its operation mode and news ethics,while computer scholars pay more attention to its technology implementation.From the perspective of Journalism and communication,this paper integrates the relevant research results in the field of computer,which has innovative significance for the improvement of technical understanding and communication strategy;Secondly,personalized recommendation technology has been widely used in the field of news communication.From the perspective of Journalism and communication,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the algorithm oriented recommendation model,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
