With the advent of the information age,a large amount of data information has fundamentally changed our world.With the continuous development of computer technology,including broadband expansion,data processing and storage performance improvements,the digital revolution has accumulated further momentum.One sign of this development is that embedded systems are replacing traditional computing systems,which have entered almost every field of human life.Cyber-Physical System(CPS)is a complex embedded system with security,real-time,reliability,stability and other characteristics,which pose new requirements and challenges to researchers in this field.Semantic technology plays an important role in the data processing of intelligent systems,is a way of human-machine intelligent data processing,already has semantic WEB,semantic Internet of Things and other technologies.CPS has given more powerful functions under the cloud architecture,and semantic CPS will be able to realize the human-machine joint intelligence mode of CPS,and improve the synchronization and depth of understanding of physical and information space.The CPS semantic model provides formal representations of data descriptions and representations in this area,and the key to implementation is the semantic description of components and events.This paper makes in-depth study of the achievements of ontology and semantic technology,systematic analysis of different theoretical systems and modeling methods of ontology and semantic technology,and devotes itself to the study of Cyber-Physical System semantic models.The following research work has been completed.(1)In view of the problem of the heterogeneous and insufficient modeling ability of the device of Cyber-Physical System,the CPS general component is semantically described from the five aspects of the general component's own attributes,state attributes,functional operation,interface types and event,and the main semantic concepts,relationships and constraints in the general component are established.The CPS component system modeling and verifying the CPS general component ontology model are realized by using the Protégé ontological modeling tool.(2)In view of the semantic inaccuracy of Cyber-Physical System,according to the CPS general component ontology model,an OWLDL semantic description specification is proposed,and the semantic definition and semantic description of the CPS general component using the OWLDL web ontology language can greatly improve the semantic accuracy of the general component.This method is used to model and verify in the CPS system of intelligent railway.
