The improvement of the degree of chip crowding promotes the continuous development of network-on-chip.As the main body of network-on-chip,the electrical network-on-chip is limited by bandwidth and delay,which can not meet the needs of various performance improvement.Optical interconnection technology on chip has the advantages of high bandwidth and low delay,which is used to solve the performance bottleneck of electrical network-on-chip.However,due to the characteristics of the optical devices that are easy to leak,the optical signal inevitably causes crosstalk noise in the transmission,which becomes an important factor restricting the development of optical network-on-chip.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the crosstalk optimization of optical network-on-chip.In order to optimize the crosstalk of optical network-on-chip,this paper studies the structure of optical router,mapping algorithm and routing algorithm.Router level crosstalk noise is an important part of optical network-on-chip,and the microring resonator and crossing waveguide in the optical router are the main components that cause crosstalk.In this paper,by reducing the number of microring resonators and crossing waveguides in the router,and reasonably configuring the parallel switch element and crossing switch element,a five port optical router structure with low crosstalk Srax is proposed.Task mapping is the key link between application and processing cores in the network-on-chip.The crosstalk generated by different mapping methods in optical network on chip is also different.This paper uses two steps to determine the optimal mapping scheme.Firstly,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the preliminary optimal mapping,and then combined with simulated annealing algorithm to remove the local optimality of the mapping scheme,a heuristic fusion mapping algorithm PSO?SA is designed,which can reduce the overall crosstalk of optical network-on-chip.The interleaving of multi task communication links in application is a direct cause of crosstalk in the network-on-chip.In this paper,the transmission path of task communication is set up hierarchically,and the hierarchical pheromone network is established according to the intersection of the front and back level task communication.Based on the way of using pheromone to guide the path selection in ant colony algorithm,a path planning method for crosstalk optimization CORA is proposed.In this paper,Pho Noc Map is used to build the simulation platform of crosstalk optimization in the optical network-on-chip.The simulation verification of system level crosstalk optimization in the optical network-on-chip is completed by embedding optical router,mapping algorithm and routing algorithm..In the comparison of the average value of each transmission path of the optical router,the maximum crosstalk noise of Srax is-22.670 d B,which is better than Cygnus and Optical Router.In the comparison of mapping algorithm,the performance of PSO?SA algorithm is better than GA algorithm in 263 dec,Wavelet,DVOPD and other applications,and the maximum optimization degree is 28.7%.The comparison experiment of routing algorithm shows that CORA can effectively reduce the crosstalk of optical network-on-chip,and in the DVOPD application,the crosstalk of optical network-on-chip using CORA is 31.7% lower than that using XY dimensional sequential routing algorithm.
