The structural safety of an aircraft is of great importance and requires regular maintenance and protection.Structural health monitoring technology can achieve conditional maintenance and reduce maintenance costs,which has attracted widespread attention and research.Composite materials have the advantages of light weight and high specific strength.The proportion of composite materials used in aeronautical structures is getting higher and higher,but composite materials are very sensitive to impacts.Impact will cause internal interlayer delamination,fiber breakage and other invisible damage,Serious threat to the service safety of the structure.This paper studies the design method of impact monitoring software based on piezoelectric guided wave for impact monitoring system based on piezoelectric guided wave and develops the impact monitoring software.The main research contents and innovations of this article are summarized as follows:1)A design method of multi-task,multi-structure,multi-device-based impact monitoring software based on piezoelectric guided waves is proposed.The software uses Lab VIEW multi-cycle framework to realize the parallelization of multi-device impact monitoring under multiple structures.The producer / consumer model and queue structure are used to solve the problem of data transmission and buffering between multiple impact monitoring devices.The synchronous acquisition and control of three impact monitoring devices,using data value reference technology,solves the problem that the large amount of data in the multi-task parallel process affects the operating efficiency.2)A impact monitoring software based on piezoelectric guided wave with task management,data management,equipment management,and 3D display functions is designed.The data value reference,co-located operation structure and other technologies were used to design the task management function's new construction,import,and execution.The file I / O technology and the timing storage mechanism were used to diagnose,save,and playback the data management function.Designed;used serial communication,notifier synchronization,etc.to design the parameter configuration,acquisition,download and other parts of the device management function;used model loading,coordinate transformation and other technologies for 3D display function model import,status display,perspective adjustment And other parts were designed.3)Function verification and performance verification of impact monitoring software were performed on two composite UAV wing box sections.The software can complete the impact monitoring task of two structures under multiple devices,and the accuracy of impact positioning of both structures is above 94%,the software has good accuracy of impact diagnosis;the response time from the occurrence of multiple impacts to the software display is less than 1s,the software has good real-time performance;and the functions of each part are running normally;the software operates without bugs for 24 hours,and has good operating stability.
