Research And Implement Of Automatic Classification And Auxiliary Diagnosis System Of Tongue Shape In TCM Tongue Diagnosis

TCM tongue diagnosis has a history of thousands of years.As early as in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,the content of tongue diagnosis was recorded.Tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine analyzes the health status of human body by observing the characteristics of the tongue.It is one of the characteristics of clinical diagnosis in Chinese medicine.Traditional tongue diagnosis is made by TCM doctors' visual observation of the patient's tongue,which makes the diagnosis result depend on the TCM doctors' subjectivity and their own knowledge and experience.TCM tongue diagnosis lacks objective criteria such as quantification and accuracy.In addition,doctors of traditional tongue diagnosis use written records to describe diseases,so some tongue image data and valuable diagnostic experience cannot be completely preserved and fully utilized,which affects academic exchanges among doctors and restricts the inheritance and development of TCM tongue diagnosis theory.With the rapid development of science and technology and intelligent medical treatment,the modernization and objectification of tongue image with the help of computer have become more and more hot topics.The computer aided diagnosis of tongue image not only has a profound influence on clinical medicine,but also has a very important significance for telemedicine.This article has carried on the computer aided the exploration of tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine research,on the key issues in the diagnostic process solutions made in-depth discussion,of skew correction of tongue and tongue shape classification of automation are studied,and based on the algorithm and mature technology research and development of the computer aided tongue diagnosis system,the main contents are as follows:(1)At present,the key problem in computer aided TCM tongue diagnosis and one-sided research review,this article first systematic and comprehensive to computer aided key solutions to problems in TCM tongue diagnosis and research in depth analysis,classified summarized the key techniques in the whole process,to make up for a unilateral study summarized the defects of small coverage,comprehensive enough.The computer aided tongue image diagnosis process and the preprocessing process of digital tongue image are introduced.On the basis of extensive investigation of existing literature and research results,the mainstream methods of tongue image segmentation and feature extraction since 2000 are classified and discussed,and their basic ideas,advantages and disadvantages are classified and summarized.This paper summarizes the tongue image analysis systems that have been developed in the market at present,and summarizes the application range,application conditions,advantages and disadvantages of each system.(2)A method to correct the skew tongue shape is presented.In the process of tongue image collection,the strength of the patient is inconsistent in the process of tongue extension,so the tongue is prone to shake,which leads to the collection of skewed tongue,which has a certain influence on the analysis of the characteristics of tongue image.In this paper,based on the integrity of the tongue region,according to the mirror symmetry of the tongue,the tip of the tongue was obtained by Harris corner detection method,and the tongue weight center point and the midperpendicular line were combined to realize the correction of the skewed tongue.Compared with the result of manual correction,the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved.The similarity between the tongue images corrected by the algorithm and the manually corrected tongue images is measured through the mutual information of the images,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3)A method for automatic classification of tongue shape is proposed.Based on the preprocessing of skew tongue body alignment,five kinds of tongue shape related features based on length and area were analyzed and calculated.By studying a decision analysis tool,a hierarchical structure model of tongue classification is constructed,and the evaluation scale of relative importance is transformed into a standardized measure of quantitative expression.The classification of seven common tongue shapes,such as square tongue and rectangular tongue,was achieved by improving the method from two aspects of the order of tongue shape determination and characteristic parameters.The classification results were more accurate than the evaluation by TCM experts.(4)A relatively complete computer aided tongue diagnosis system is developed.This paper describes the development environment and tools of the computer-aided tongue diagnosis system,the framework and function analysis of the system,and tests and verifies the tongue image diagnosis of the computer-aided tongue diagnosis system.Finally,the integrity of the system function and other aspects are analyzed and summarized.This paper key problems in computer aided TCM tongue diagnosis and mainstream method,especially the skew correction of tongue body,tongue shape classification and the development of modern TCM tongue diagnosis system has carried on the preliminary research,strives to contribute to the modern development of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.To realize the scientific,objective,and specific of tongue diagnosis and contribute my own meager power.
